They are very helpful. On my warranty card stamp was not present. Instead of rejecting the warranty they educated me and explained the rule regulation. Later on they change the battery by taking required steps.

Rafi bhai was very helpful and the battery of EXIDE Xplore got worked for me from 2017 to 2021 it's like 5 years and I changed it today with an exchange price with reasonable price guys please do visit the shop if you have any issue with your vehicle battery 😁👍

Hi All, RK Traders is a place for all your battery related issues. The owner of the shop is a genuine person and he really provides actual and real time solution. He works with honesty and just not business. My personal experience with RK Traders has been very satisfying and I am a regular customer since 10 years. His staff is really helpful as they came to my place at night even though it was raining heavily. Immediate next day they provided the complete setup of my inverter battery at my place within couple of hours. His price is very generous as compared to the open market.
